Product Reproduction

Product replication is a time consuming and difficult process and so most architectural ironmongery manufacturers choose to avoid it in favour of large-scale production of their existing product range.

In modern construction, renovation and restoration projects there is often a requirement to re-produce existing hardware. This could be because the heritage nature of a building requires identically designed products to be used, or a designer/owner of a building loves the style of the hardware already installed and wants it to be matched throughout, or even because a design specification is completely un-economical and needs a cheaper alternative but with matching style.

Product replication is a time consuming and difficult process and so most architectural ironmongery manufacturers choose to avoid it in favour of large-scale production of their existing product range. Whilst this is something we also favour, we have a team of dedicated and highly skilled engineers who love this type of work, the challenge it creates, and the feeling of satisfaction gained from seeing a project come to fruition.

Product replication comes in all shapes, sizes and functions but generally if it has been made before, it can be made again and we love taking on this kind of work – As with most bespoke manufacturing there are only a few companies who like the challenge it brings and we’re one of them.

You’ll find images of some of the work we’re produced on this page but you can also take a look at our image gallery for more inspiration. Alternatively send us some images or details of the product you’re trying to re-produce and we’ll tell you if it’s possible.
